Shipping Policies
- All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Cost for shipping is calculated by total weight of item(s) with packaging.
- Expedited shipping is available, please contact us if expedited shipping is required.
- International orders: Please expect up to 6-8 weeks for delivery depending on shipping and customs times for USA to your country. We ship within 24-hours for most orders however delivery time varies widely.
- Order status: we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
In-Store Purchases
- Items purchased in our Hillsborough store may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase in unused, brand new condition in the original packaging. Please bring the item(s) in with the original receipt for exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Items returned without a receipt will receive a store credit in the amount of the current retail price of the item(s) on the date of the return.
- If you have any questions regarding a return, please contact us via email or call (908) 409-3884.
- Custom or special orders are nonreturnable/nonrefundable.
Online Orders
- If there are any problems with your order or if you would like to return item(s) please contact us via email or call (908) 409-3884 to let us know right away!
- To qualify for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be received back to Sunnyside Gift Company within 60 days of original order shipment date.
- Returned items must be received by Sunnyside Gift Company in the original packaged and new condition, otherwise these items will be nonreturnable and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be received.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the package to arrive to us plus an additional 5 business days for processing the return, store credit, or exchange. We will email you confirmation when the return is processed.
- Custom or special orders are nonreturnable/nonrefundable.

Shannon and our network of artisan crafters have custom made 1000's of jewelry items for special events, fundraisers, weddings, and outreach programs. With resources to find almost any materials to create with, we will let you know right away whether we can fulfill your request and an accurate estimate of cost and the timing to completion.
